Shelfmark's cameras inspect film, fabric and labels at up to 800 feet a minute. I designed how operators act on what the cameras catch, and how one tap from them trains the next model. At one textile site, defect waste fell 90%. Operator feedback drove 122+ model iterations, and the product helped bring in 8+ pilots.

Customer onboarding at a Global 500 bank ran on documents in shared drives, and every team handled them its own way across regulatory and cross-border rules. I owned UX for the document platform and operations portal, cutting down customer onboarding and transaction processing times.
